We are giving away a pair of passes to Welcome to the Neighborhood Live! at The Works - a part of PICA TBA16. The event takes place at the new PICA building in Portland on Tuesday September 13th and features a DJ set by Ohmega Watts of Mello Orange, performances by northwest emcee Matty, Oakland emcee Brookfield Duece and a beat set by producer Trox.
